1) Validated email address.

2) Registration fee $100. ($50 refunded when credentials verified.)

3) IRS W9 Forn submitted for the nonprofit, authorizing nonprofit to receive pass through donations from HELPS-AUSTIN donors.

HELPS-AUSTIN verifies director's information is accurate and the registered user is authorized to update the mission statement and program list.
